I was looking for something that had enough RAM and memory and fast processor and I found it with this PC. Only thing that would be better, would be audio. Not very good audio whatsoever The computer arrived on time and very well packaged as if it were new.

Perfectly adequate for web browsing, photo storage and viewing, and light office functions. A little heavy to travel with. Product came with what appears to be a new battery, this was not expected.

I would give this 6 stars if I could. The refurb quality of this machine is exceptional. It's fast, reasonably lightweight, and well designed. No webcam, but that's no big deal. A really great buy on a sweet Dell product, the 5530!
