Too much room inside and too thin at the heel - scrapes when walking.
Too big inside the shoe - your feet 'float' around inside when walking. Also too thin at the back of the heel - no cushioning at all, so scrapes on the back of the heel when you walk. Have to wear with socks which defeats the purpose of the style of shoe. Disappointed.
