Item is in great shape, with all OEM packaging. Klipsch finally made a subwoofer worthy of their name. Seller was a great communicator, friendly, and shipping was prompt. My first experience with a freight shipper, which took a bit more work than the normal couriers, but is doubtless a less expensive way to move large items. Would do business with again.

Amazing experience! The Fives McLaren arrived super fast, brand new as described. But the best part was when (out of the box) the secondary speaker had no sound. I checked everything external, completed updates, and even reached out to Klipsch- who suggested contacting the seller for a return. 😔 When I reached out to Sound Seller, Ron was very attentive, knowledgeable and even sent me pictures of the likely problem. Sure enough, he was right! and now I have a perfect set of working speakers!!
