I didn't know how heavy strings were supposed to be until I played these on my ESP soloist. Wayyyyy too juicy lol but maybe that's what you're after. Not my choice but def a good long lasting string. My Floyd Rose did not agree with these and made solos impossible to play with the angle of the tremolo. I'm gonna do a lil smaller gauge next lol
