Quickly responded when I contacted seller. Was able to quickly refund partial shipping when purchasing multiple items. Promptly shipped items out, arrived before arrival date in great condition. Great service all around!! Will buy from here again! My only suggestion is to place a piece of cardboard/bubble wrap on top of the books (inside the box) so when someone cuts open the box it doesn't have a chance to damage the books. Luckily I opened carefully and didn't cut the books :)
