I take Cardio EDTA. 2 or 3 times a year. IT REALLY WORKS. Too good. I am a 7 gallon blood donor. I know "what I am talking about. EDTA lowers the blood Iron level. 12.9 to 12.3. Iron takes months to build back-up. The Spirulna is the only DAILY supplement, I have found, that has this bio-available Iron.. I am VERY happy. Spirulina has SOOOO many great benefits even for aging and ............ absolutely love it. When we get older we must replenish our vitamins and minerals otherwise everything will slow down and even get sick. And this one is a MUST. Thank you for great product and great price. LOVE IT.
